2012 CEO CookOff

The CEO CookOff is a bold and exciting initiative of Qantas and OzHarvest. The event highlights the challenges facing Australians in need in the areas of food security and homelessness and gives participants an extraordinary opportunity to challenge their culinary skills, network and have a great time whilst giving back to the community.

The inaugural 2012 CEO CookOff took place on Monday 6th February in front of the beautiful St. Mary's Cathedral.

The event was a huge success - it brought together over 130 CEOs and business leaders from around Australia and 30 Celebrity Chefs from Australia’s top kitchens to cook for over 800 Australians doing it tough.

Through some healthy competition in fundraising between participating CEOs and business leaders, the 2012 CEO CookOff raised over $945,000. These much needed funds were shared equally between OzHarvest and Mission Australia.
