Will is a Executive Member of the Australian Direct Marketing Association's (ADMA) Data & Analytics Council, a member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and a member of the Institute of Analytics Professionals of Australia. 

In 2010, Will was selected by B&T Weekly magazine and profiled as one of Australia's 30 under 30 industry leaders of tomorrow.
