Having spent over two decades in store operations, working in leadership and specialist roles with Australia’s 2 largest leading retailers, I've gained comprehensive and strong leadership skills and commercial acumen.

During this time I have competed as a national finalist in the Young Executive Of The Year industry award, and have received the accolade of being the Store Manager Of The Year during my time with Australia’s largest retailer.

I then transitioned into the professional services industry working within clinical environments as a business coach and Area manger, leading a region of clinics in South East Qld.

Starting a business from scratch and scaling to a 7 figure company has been the highlight of my professional career! The Australian Brisket Board has become Australia’s favourite large chopping board and an iconic backdrop for food creations and barbecue feasts!
