This October, he’s trading his suit for an apron as he joins OzHarvest’s CEO CookOff, a bold initiative to combat food insecurity in Australia. Why? Beyond the kitchen, Nicolas is a civil engineer (École des Mines de Paris) and a lifelong learner, he even used the 2020 lockdown to earn a Harvard computer science diploma. Fluent in French and English, he brings a global perspective to his role, just as BNP Paribas has done since first supporting Australia’s economy in 1881.
