Lachlan Fitzpatrick is Head of Retail at Canberra Airport, where he oversees one of the capital's most dynamic retail environments, managing a 100,000m2 portfolio and a diverse community of more than 100 tenants. With over 15 years' experience across retail leasing, asset management and property development, Lachlan brings both commercial expertise and a strong commitment to community outcomes. 

Originally from Wagga Wagga, Lachlan moved to Canberra more than 20 years ago and has proudly called it home ever since. Over that time, he has seen firsthand the strength of the Canberra community and the difference that can be made when people and organisations come together to support those in need. Canberra Airport has long supported OzHarvest, and Lachlan has witnessed the positive impact the OzHarvest team delivers across the region. Participating in the CEO CookOff is an opportunity to personally contribute to a cause that is making a real difference in the lives of local people. 

That's why Lachlan is lacing up his apron for the 2026 CEO CookOff. Alongside some of Australia's finest chefs, he'll be swapping the boardroom for the kitchen to help raise funds for OzHarvest's work in the ACT, supporting over 60 local charities that rely on OzHarvest's free food deliveries every week. 

Lachlan is calling on his colleagues, tenants, business partners, family, friends, and broader network to support his fundraising campaign. Every dollar raised stays local, helping turn surplus food into meals for people in our community who need them most.
