Phaedra Deckart is Chief Executive Officer of the Solstice Energy Group, a Tasmanian-based business operating across gas networks, retail energy and renewable gases.

With more than 25 years' experience across Australia's energy sector, Phaedra leads a business committed to delivering reliable, affordable energy while supporting the transition to a lower emissions future.

Under her leadership, Solstice Energy has expanded beyond its traditional gas network business into electricity retailing and renewable gas, while maintaining a strong focus on customers, communities and long-term sustainability.

Phaedra is passionate about creating positive outcomes beyond the workplace. She believes businesses have an important role to play in supporting the communities they serve and is proud to participate in the OzHarvest CEO CookOff to help raise awareness and funds to fight food insecurity.

She is also a Director on the Board of Energy Networks Australia.
