Sam Bowtell

Sam Bowtell is the founder of Grow Your Agility and one of Australia's leading Agile and AI educators. As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), he has spent more than two decades helping leaders, teams and organisations improve the way they work, enabling greater collaboration, innovation and adaptability across a wide range of industries.

Alongside his professional career, Sam has proudly supported OzHarvest for more than 15 years. During his time at CommBank and through Grow Your Agility, he has led numerous teams to participate in OzHarvest's Cooking for a Cause program, creating opportunities for people to connect while making a tangible difference for Australians experiencing food insecurity.

Beyond volunteering, Sam has coached and mentored OzHarvest leaders and teams, helping them adopt Agile ways of working to strengthen collaboration, build capability and continuously improve. He has always believed that success is measured not just by professional achievements, but by the positive impact we have on the lives of others. That belief is what has kept OzHarvest close to his heart for more than 15 years.
