Carmen is a strategic sales and marketing leader with more than 20 years' experience across the food and beverage industry. Beginning her career selling iconic beverage brands like Rosemount Estate, Penfolds and Carlton Draught, she developed a strong commercial foundation before transitioning into product development.

Throughout her career, Carmen has been driven by identifying and commercialising innovation opportunities that deliver meaningful industry change. Her work has focused on developing and implementing growth strategies that create value end to end, with specific expertise in high-volume product dispensing systems that eliminate product waste via packaging-led innovation.

Carmen's role at SIG—a global leader in innovative and sustainable packaging that provide solutions to product waste—is centred on partnering with customers to develop new products, unlock emerging market opportunities, and accelerate the adoption of packaging solutions that reduce environmental impact while supporting commercial outcomes.

A passionate advocate for food security, sustainability and circular economy principles, both at work and at home, Carmen is organic food gardener and urban beekeeper who believes that every Australian deserves to have access to affordable, nutritious food.
