But I have also been long aware of the downsides of our business. Working in cruising and large hotels, I have seen the negative impacts of food waste and the possibilities that exist to reduce food waste and better support Australians experiencing food insecurity.
I am participating in this year’s CEO CookOff to raise funds to feed people in need in my local community.
