Inside the walls of this industrial-chic cultural landmark, CEOs will trade strategy for service — cooking side-by-side with Queensland’s leading chefs to create and plate up a gourmet meal for those doing it tough. The lead-up to the event is just as important — each participant commits to raising vital funds to support OzHarvest’s mission to Nourish Our Country. Andrew’s years of working in London, Hong Kong and Shanghai honed his creative, considered approach to cooking. His pursuit of quality draws him to the best possible produce, favouring local, sustainable small-scale farms and producers for his restaurants and stores.
