Philip is the General Manager of Generation Health, leading strategic growth, governance, business development and operational excellence across a portfolio of health and rehabilitation businesses, including Acumen Health.
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, workplace health and allied health services, Philip has played a pivotal role in shaping and expanding nationally delivered rehabilitation programs that support thousands of Australians each year.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Philip holds an Honours degree in Business and has attained the Advanced Negotiation Skills accreditation from Scotwork.
Throughout his career, Philip has led complex national organisations with more than 330 employees operating across over 50 locations. His expertise spans leadership, governance, strategy, financial performance and business growth, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality rehabilitation outcomes for government, defence and employer-funded programs.
Through Acumen Health, one of Australia's leading national rehabilitation providers, Philip has helped oversee the delivery of workplace rehabilitation services to serving Australian Defence Force members across the country, supporting more than 5,000 injured or ill personnel through their recovery and return-to-service or transition journeys.
