Romain Bertin is a Partner at CYLAD, an international management consulting firm specialising in strategy, transformation and operational excellence. Based in Adelaide, he leads CYLAD's Australian operations, working with organisations across the defence, energy, transport and industrial sectors to deliver complex programs and build lasting organisational capability.

Originally from France, Romain holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and began his career at the European Space Agency before moving into management consulting. Since relocating to Australia, he has been instrumental in growing CYLAD's presence and supporting major Australian organisations in delivering critical national projects.

Romain also serves as President of the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FACCI) South Australia, where he is passionate about strengthening business ties between France and Australia and fostering collaboration within the local business community.

Romain is delighted to be taking part in the CEO CookOff, combining his love of bringing people together around a good meal with the opportunity to support an organisation making a real difference in the lives of people in need. He believes that when business leaders come together for a meaningful cause, they can create a lasting impact well beyond the boardroom.
