I’m excited to be taking part in the OzHarvest CEO CookOff 2025, representing Holiday Inn West Perth & Julio’s Italian Restaurant.
This event brings together business leaders and top chefs to cook and share a meal with people doing it tough,  it’s about connection, dignity, and giving back through food.
Every dollar raised helps provide 2 meals to those who need them most. With the support of my family, colleagues, and friends (from Perth, NZ, and beyond!), I’m already blown away by the generosity shown so far.
Hospitality is about more than just hotels and restaurants — it’s about people and community. I’m proud our hotel and restaurant can play a part in supporting OzHarvest’s mission to fight food waste and feed those in need.

I'm taking part in OzHarvest's CEO CookOff this October to cook meals and raise crucial funds to feed people in need in my local community.

With the cost of living increasing, the demand for food relief in Australia is at an all-time high as people struggle to make ends meet.

I'm teaming up with Australia's most talented chefs, and other CEOs and leaders to reduce food waste and make a difference to Australia’s most vulnerable.
