Nick has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Adelaide Oval for almost 4 years. Nick has extensive experience across a variety of roles within the sports and entertainment business. 

Now at the helm of one of the world’s most iconic stadiums, Nick is responsible for ensuring Adelaide Oval remains a world class destination for sport, entertainment, and tourism. Under his leadership, the venue continues to host major events, from AFL and international cricket to world-class concerts and unique experiences like the award-winning RoofClimb tourism business. He also oversees the 138 room Oval Hotel, Australia’s only fully integrated stadium hotel, as well as a thriving 7-days-a-week functions and events business. Adding further to Adelaide Oval’s diversified business strategy has been the development of Adelaide Oval Turf Solutions which is an external turf management and consultancy business which operates projects both locally and globally, including the USA via the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup and, also, Major League Cricket (MLC). 

Nick’s previous role as Executive General Manager Commercial Operations with the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) saw him oversee all commercial revenue streams and strategic planning for the annual Melbourne Cup Carnival, negotiation of the Melbourne Cup naming rights sponsorship (Lexus) and the Melbourne Cup Carnival domestic and international media and wagering rights.
