Growing up in an Italian family, food was culture defining and our love language.

It has been no different throughout my adult life where food and cooking is how I celebrate friendships and show my affection. It is the same at work. Over the last 30 years I have loved cooking for staff with random pasta lunches. I have not had a complaint yet.

In all this, the thought of people going hungry in such a rich country is untenable.

So dig deep and join me in this food journey. Swap one coffee for 10 meals, your pub lunch for 60 meals one flash dinner for 400 meals.
