Sebastien is part of Deloitte Australia's Talent Acquisition team leading their Strategic Search & Selection - Talent function nationally. He is responsible for supporting the businesses key strategic hires firmwide working closely with the business to build and implement new and innovative ways to attract talent to the firm. Connecting with the market and building on-going talent across the firms key practices, Sebastien and his team are also responsible for providing market and competitor insights as a way of assisting the business in making informed decisions based on factual data.
Sebastien is also a passionate lover of food and reducing foodwaste. He is a strong believer in educating and learning how to utilise food that may usually be put to waste. He is an OzHarvest Volunteer and currently runs a small private dining & catering business during his spare time. Having recently worked on the SBS cooking show, The Chef's Line as a Season 2 contestant, he will look to put his cooking skills to the test at the CEO Cookoff as part of the Deloitte Australia team and continue to raise awareness for the OzHarvest initiative.
