Craig Lunn

Support Chef Craig Lunn to feed people in need.

Craig Lunn grew up in the southwest of England, a region he describes as sharing the same agricultural spirit and love of produce he now finds on the Mornington Peninsula.

He built over a decade of Michelin-starred experience across some of Britain and Europe’s most demanding kitchens, starting as a chef de partie at the three-Michelin-star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London, before becoming senior sous chef at the two-Michelin-star, Green Star-rated Whatley Manor in Malmesbury, and eventually head chef at Lunar by Niall Keating, where he led the team to Michelin Guide recognition within just six months.

His CV also includes time at Kong Hans Kælder in Copenhagen and IDAM by Alain Ducasse, giving him direct experience across some of Europe’s most celebrated culinary lineages.

In November 2025, at just 31, Lunn was appointed head chef of Ten Minutes by Tractor, the Mornington Peninsula’s first Two-Hatted restaurant, taking over from long-serving chef Hayden Ellis. Built around three tasting menu formats — Essence, Substance and Signature — Lunn’s food draws on deep relationships with local growers, working closely with the estate’s own regenerative farm.

At CEO CookOff Melbourne, Lunn brings a rare thing: genuine three-Michelin-star training applied to a hyper-local, produce-first philosophy — the kind of respect for ingredients that sits naturally alongside OzHarvest’s mission to make sure none of it goes to waste.
